1.

Coordination with customer:
Collaborate with internal teams for planning and execution at the customer end, ensuring alignment with regular needs.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for updates and inquiries.

Planning and Scheduling:
Develop plans, timelines, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of material to customers.

Resource Allocation:
Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support on time delivery according to customer requirements.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations by conducting thorough quality checks and inspections.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.


  • Payment Follow-up
  • 100% payment collection in time
  • Preparation of reports
- sales report, GP Analysis, Business development, Customer visit plan, customer urgency reports etc.


  • Analyze, review and discuss with customer for forecast variation.
  • Revenue Generation
Education & Qualification


  • BE (Mechanical, electrical)/BSC/Bcom min. 3 years relevant sales working experience in MNC
  • Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus
  • Experienced in managing and developing key customers.
  • Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft software's (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solution based selling skills, good listener, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  • Sales planning, time management, rational prblem solving
  • Use to with the systems like ERP/SAP
  • Fast, flexible and dedicate to meet customer needs

Salary:
₹400, ₹550,000.00 per year
