Job Description for Process Quality Assurance Executive


Role Requirements:


  • Responsible for the performance in alignment with the business quality objectives
and coordinates the day-to-day work associated with the Quality Initiatives.


  • Actively participates in the Quality Certifications processes/initiatives like ISO, CMMI,
STQC, GDPR, TEVCC etc.


  • Coordinates with all the internal and external stakeholders of the Quality
initiatives/projects of Mantra.


  • Supports various departments of Mantra for their quality certification projects.
  • Ensures compliance of the processes as per the mandates of the respective quality
Standards by conducting internal quality audits.


  • Acts as custodian of the Quality artifacts.

Qualifications
Academic


  • Preferable Postgraduate in Quality related Streams
  • Alternately Science or Professional Graduation preferably first class or higher second
class


Professional

  • Statistical and Data Analytical skills
  • Professional Certifications for the related Quality Standards
  • Very clear in verbal and written communication and very good explanation skills
  • Competent in presentation, public speaking and addressing the groups of
experienced professional people


Experience

  • Around 5 years in the IT/Software/Manufacturing or Knowledge based industries
  • Should have played key role in multiple quality certification initiative
  • Should have worked as team member in the quality function

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹750,864.65 per year
