Position: Executive
House Keeping
Job location: Boat Club Avenue, Adyar Road, Chennai (TN)
Experience: 35 years experience in 5Star Hotel / Private or Residential Property
Shift: 9 AM 7 PM (1 weekly off)
Salary: Up to Rs.25,000/
CTC per month
Job type: Third party payroll

Roles & responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met on daily basis
Create daily/weekly schedules and execute the tasks accordingly
Manage the housekeeping equipment inventory and keep track of issued items
Prepare daily work report and submit to reporting person
Recommend service improvements as and when required
Take care of guests / visitors at the residence
Maintain necessary guest / visitor register
Age: Up to 30 years
Prior work experience in House Keeping profile at 4Star / 5
Star property is a must
Presentable personality & Excellent communication
Wellversed with MS Office
Attention to details
Time management
Flexible to work timings
Good physical stamina
Immediate joiner
Ready to relocate to Chennai
