Wedevelopment
Wedevelopment is the Development Management arm of The Goyal Group.

The concept of WedevelopmentTM has been successfully piloted in Mumbai. We are transferring the

power from the hands of a few (generally the builders) to the real owners of the project i.e. the Societies. This transformational approach provides not just monetary and economic benefits to the owners but also allows

  • Sustainability of housing societies by providing them an endowment fund
  • Retention of the longstanding communities and brotherhood
  • Creation of improved physical structures based on scientific and ecological principles.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- and Wedevelopment._

  • Being a part of executing the entire Sales cycle, right from generating leads, managing brokers,
engaging customers, sales of flats/ commercial units, managing after sales processes of loans and

collections.

  • Understanding the project USPs and the inventory to sell, such that they can engage into customer
conversations and convert them into a sale.

  • Coordinating with the Marketing team for different customer engagement and branding activities
wherever required as a part of the project.

  • Managing customer and broker data, sales documents, generating reports and MIS
  • Experience in sales of real estate preferred
  • Fluency in English & Hindi required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make presentations, address medium sized groups, hold consultative discussions
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities
  • Willing to work weekends, and holidays

Salary:
₹300, ₹540,000.00 per year
