Description
Handling existing clients and their current job openings- Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
- Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organisations
- Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Identifying new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements
- Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
- Providing periodic reports regarding the recruitment status of positions

₹15,000.00 per month
