Experience: 5 -10 Yrs

Location :
Perundurai, Erode

Job Description:

Maintaining good quality sized beam
Ensure optimum breakages and high productivity and low rejections
Plan daily runouts, yarn requirements for both warp & weft
Plan & achieve maximum loom efficiency, shed efficiency & Utilization efficiency
Preventive Machine maintenance, on time break down maintenance
Cost control projects
Effective planning of daily beam requirements
Production planning and on time delivery of fabric to the greige ware house
Ensure day today ERP entry of the daily production
Maintain 5s at shop floor
Reconciliations to be done for yarn, Dyed yarn and fabric
Good coordination with yarn & fabric sourcing team for day today activities
SOP adherence for effective material movements
Maintain and accountable for yarn stores, WIP & Liquidation
Sort wise daily weft requirements, reports preparation and follow up.

Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

Overtime pay
