Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Environment monitoring as part of a team providing production support. Should have experience with Application Insight, Azure Monitor. Experience in AKS monitoring and support will be a plus
Debug and provide L1 level support for the products developed using Angular,.Net, C#, and SQL Server, hosted on Azure VMs, Scale Set and AKS

Collaborating with Product Development, implementation and client teams to investigate and respond to incidents Experience

3+ years' experience in IT with cloud operations experience

Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud platform

Familiarity with the VM, Scale Sets, AKS and shell/bash scripts
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language is a must
- Knowledge of Angular will be considered an advantage
- Good to have experience in supporting Production Environments
- Working knowledge of SSL, Docker and cloud automated tools is preferred
