Roles & Responsibilities:

New business development involving prospect development.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
Plan approaches and pitch for corporates and institutes
Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
Ability to conduct BTL Activities.

Skills:

Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
Resultdriven with experience of extremely target centric job
Confident and persevering risktaker who thrives in a highperformance highgrowth environment
Selflearners with high grasping ability
24 year of sales experience in B2B Sales.
