Description

Install, troubleshoot, and fix hardware and software:

  • Assist employees with technology issues
  • Report network interruptions and server outages
  • Troubleshoot system errors and failures
  • Scan for and remove computer viruses
  • Maintain working components through repair or replacement
  • Assist callins or live chat with technical difficulties
  • Monitor clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage
  • Support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company
  • Conduct daily backup operations
  • Manage technical documentation
