Digital Sales Representative


Job Description:


As a Digital Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive digital sales by engaging with potential customers through various online platforms.

You will utilize your knowledge of digital marketing techniques and sales strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and ultimately close deals.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred

Qualifications:


  • Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales techniques.
  • Certification in digital marketing or sales.

Pay:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
