Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual counselling sessions with students to assess their academic goals, interests, and challenges.

Provide guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development based on students' interests, abilities, and goals.

Assist students in developing effective study skills, time management techniques, and academic strategies to enhance their learning experience.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address academic concerns, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues affecting student performance.

Monitor students' academic progress and intervene as necessary to provide additional support or resources.


Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group counselling sessions on topics such as study habits, stress management, and academic success strategies.

Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, assessments, and student progress to track outcomes and measure effectiveness.

Stay informed about academic policies, curriculum changes, and educational resources to provide accurate information and guidance to students.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence, personal development, and student success.

Collaborate with other academic counsellors and support staff to coordinate services and resources for students.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
