The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the below mentioned activities:

  • Liaise with different teams within P2P Ops and provide support on their queries related to
  • Purchase Requisitions
  • Purchase Order
  • Vendor onboarding
  • CAFAE
  • Invoices/ Rush payment
  • Maintain close contact with power users / business partners, Technology, and other interface groups to resolve the query on priority
  • Ensure compliance with American Express policies and procedures

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication
  • Good command over English language
  • Flexibility to work with different countries (timezones), groups, and business environment
  • Demonstrated ability towards troubleshooting and query resolution.
  • Must be detail oriented with good problemsolving skills.
