Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and understanding their unique needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the renewal process for existing clients.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Salary:
₹270, ₹500,000.00 per year
