_We have an immediate requirement for Finance Executive position available._


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:


  • Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.

Financial Reporting:


  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Cash Flow Management:


  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Implement effective cash management procedures.

Budget Management:


  • Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances.

Financial Audits:


  • Coordinate and support external audits.
  • Implement audit recommendations and best practices.

Tax Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.

Financial Systems and Processes:


  • Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Risk Management:


  • Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and market trends.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirments:


  • 23 Years of Experience in Accounts/ Finance Associate.

Salary Bracket:


  • 2.5 to 4.5 LPA.
