In depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Min 7-10 years of experience in SFDC as a Handson Dev,Architect
Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud Implementation and customization based on salesforce best practice.
Knowledge in Implementing LWC (Lightening Web Component) sites and components.

Conduct research into clients? use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.

Provide solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adheres to salesforce best practices.
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
Own the design of Community Cloud, and other Salesforce platform solutions.

Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

To review multi market impact of solutions and recommending improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to page loads optimal content size.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and/or Salesforce SMEs.
Review Technical Design Documents (TDD), approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments where appropriate.
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance and deployment of Salesforce.
Collaborative project and work-stream planning.
Set up change management practices to ensure long-term solution success
Prioritize and escalate customer issues with quick turnaround.
