What you'll do at Ather:

Work as an internal consultant for the factory on all people and statutory matters
Monitor daytoday factory HR operations and drive process excellence. You will be responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor laws
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Own and manage working conditions of members working at the factory
Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders.
Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios, and options to mitigate
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and other HR strategic interventions
Be the custodian for employeerelated policies
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Leadership Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Here's what we're looking for:

Business acumen an ability to understand business drivers, enablers, and hurdles. The ability to go indepth and find what works best for the growth of the business and talent
Communication skills written and spoken, in both English and Tamil
Collaboration with internal POPS team members and excellent stakeholder management skills
Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility to work with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior management
Internal/external stakeholder relationship management
An indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, union relations, and state employment laws
