Assistant Manager-SpanishHybrid Bucharest_
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated)_
In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly highpressure business environment while being a good team player._
SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage._
Responsibilities_
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain._

- _Manage the OTC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen._
- _Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks._
- _Coach and develop team members: hire, assess, field and document performance._
- _Team management & negotiation skills. Must have a Problem-solving attitude._
- _Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload._
- _Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management and identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to leadership_
- _Administrate and enforce deduction management and trade payment policies._
- _Research deductions or short pays, including Shortages, spoilage, cash discounts (unearned), promotional discounts, rebates, product returns, and other claims made by customers._
- _Responsible for the timely, accurate, approved entry and maintenance of trade settlements in the ERP._
- _Communicate and follow up effectively with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Key Account Managers, OS&D, Logistics, Customer Service and Cash Applications._
- _Evaluate existing deductions management processes and propose solutions to improve the capture and resolution of deductions._
- _Perform other related duties as assigned._
- _Constantly to be interacted with client's for their feedback and support them wherever required. Ready to support any time at various locations as per client's expectation_
- _Manage Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy_
- _Meeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)_
- _Dispute Handling related to invoice issues_
- _Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers._
- _Interact with local/country/regional Finance, Credit Controller, Field engineers etc. as required_
- _Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards_
- _Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)_
- _Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency, analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities._
- _Confirm that proper escalation procedures are followed according to established business practices._
- _SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and update_
- _Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement_
- _Daily work-allocation & Day-end status reporting to all stakeholders_
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes._
- _Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards_
- _Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies_
- _Ensure Key Metric's are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected_
- _Daily Quality Check for the matching which team has matched_

- _B.Com Graduation (MBA

Finance preferred)_
