  • Clearly marshals and delivers thoughts on paper, provides clear and detailed documents.
  • Able to take over a technical lead role, with growing reputation internally and externally within their field.
  • Can take on Subject Matter Expert role within discipline, growing towards a Professional Head of Discipline or Technical Authority role.
  • Able to provide leadership on "Safe by Design" on projects and review our approach to hierarchical risk elimination, mitigation and controls.
  • Undertakes specialist/complex packages of work and function as a Discipline Technical Reviewer on Medium technical risk projects within their own discipline.
  • Able to present their technical work and that of their colleagues in their field to clients.
  • Contributes to and researches the development of existing and new areas of technology/capabilities to inform business strategy.
  • Promotes the importance of quality within their business.
  • Acts as a Technical reviewer/signatory on low/mediumrisk projects and bids.
