Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through innovative ideas and proactive involvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
