Description

We are looking out for a Customer Support Executive who will be handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media, Educate current and potential customers with product and service information, Maintain accurate customer records while Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer queries and complaints across all platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Oversee direct messages (DMs), and comments, on social media, specifically focusing on customerrelated queries.
  • Report any feedback, particularly from angry customers, to the relevant team member for further action.
  • Respond to comments and DMs regarding our products or brand, providing helpful and informative solutions.
  • Review and address comments and customer reviews on our website daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any queries or complaints.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to handle returns, refunds, quality issues, order management, and other related matters.
  • Escalate complex issues to your Manager for resolution.
  • Proactively reach out to customers whose orders were not dispatched due to any issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize our WhatsApp portal to broadcast messages received from the content team to all our customers. Maintain an updated database for future reference.
  • Assist customers in placing orders on Truemeds, as well as handling order cancellations or modifications based on specific issues or resolutions.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of professional and courteous language.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and patience.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with order management systems.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
