Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring Compliance with Companies Act 2013, Shareholders agreement and FEMA Regulations and RBI filings.
- Supporting stakeholders for completion of internal and statutory audit
- Preparation of Annual Report in complete compliance with the applicable laws.
- Quarterly Board certifications and due diligences
- Ensuring adoption and implementation of policies, regulations, and statutory changes affecting the company
- Compliance Management System.
- ROC returns filling and other Forms filing.
- Preparation of Board Resolutions & Meeting Minutes.
- Maintaining statutory records & registers.
- Drafting, Checking & Executing various Agreements, Deeds & other legal documents.
- Preparing Policies, Schedules, Circulars, Trackers, Letters etc.
- Implementing processes and systems to ensure good management of the secretarial functions.
