Responsibilities:


Greeting and assisting visitors:
Welcome patients, visitors, and guests to the IVF Center, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Direct them to the appropriate areas or personnel and answer any general inquiries.

Appointment scheduling:
Manage and schedule patient appointments, coordinating with the medical staff and maintaining an organized appointment calendar. Ensure accurate entry of patient information into the electronic scheduling system.


  • Patient check-in and check-out: Check-in patients, verify their personal and insurance information, and collect necessary documentation. Assist with patient registration forms, consent forms, and other administrative paperwork. Process patient payments and provide receipts as required.

Answering phone calls:
Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Provide information, take messages, and relay them to the relevant staff members.

Managing patient records:
Maintain patient records and ensure they are properly organized, filed, and updated. Safeguard patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Coordinating referrals and medical records:
Assist in coordinating referrals from other healthcare providers and obtaining medical records. Ensure timely and accurate transfer of patient records, maintaining effective communication with referring physicians and clinics.

Insurance verification and billing support:
Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and assist with insurance-related inquiries. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and coding practices.

Handling inquiries and resolving issues:
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Attempt to resolve minor issues independently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.

Maintaining the reception area:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Ensure adequate supply of brochures, informational materials, and forms for patients and visitors.

Collaborating with the team:
Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care. Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to colleagues when needed.


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
