Social Media Executive
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and values.
- Manage and oversee the content calendar for all social media platforms.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop engaging, creative, and onbrand content for various platforms, including visual and written content.
- Curate usergenerated content that aligns with our sustainable fashion ethos.
- Curate graphics, images, and videos.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and potential customers.
- Monitor trends and conversations relevant to sustainable fashion to stay relevant and engage proactively.
Growth and Analytics:
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to increase followers and engagement.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with larger marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for comarketing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the sustainable fashion community.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of sustainable fashion trends and industry dynamics.
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in influencer collaboration and partnership management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
