Job Overview


We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive cum Admission Counselor to join our growing Design College to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Will be a part of our admission team
  • Responsible for maintaining our brand's online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.
  • Google Ads and so on.
  • Able to do multitasking by handling the admissions as well.
  • Should have strong convincing and communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Languages.
  • Should be well versed in MS Office.
  • Good Team player.
  • Following up with potential Students and enrolling them for various courses and closing Sales.
  • Following up on Payments.
  • MIS report.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in digital marketing field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
