Description

Role Responsibilities:


  • To Conduct research to identify new markets and client's needs.
  • To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • To Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc on regular basis and update the same to the reporting manager.
  • To provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
  • To Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients in order to focus on client retention.
  • To achieve desired targets as described by the Higher authorities or the clients.

Requirements and skills:


  • Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
  • Must have Proven International sales track record.
  • Must be comfortable with flexible shift timings.
  • Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
  • Must have experience of team handling of minimum 510 people and team management.
  • Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
  • Must be tax saver and proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
  • Must have International Market knowledge.
  • Must have knowledge of strategizing, planning and implementation of business development tactics in coordination within given timelines.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
