International BPO Customer Care Representative

Work Location:
Malad West (Mumbai), bhyandra


Please Note-Centralized shuttle services for the day and Night 10:30pm to morning 6 am cab services available either pickup or drop any (one).


Shifts:
Rotational night shifts


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Support Representativet must have excellent communication skills along with active listening
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and a selfstarter.
  • Customer Care Specialist (International BPO) must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION:
HSC OR GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE)
