Description
Plan for the quarter after discussion with management and have management approved delivery schedule ready for the quarter. Update management with delivery vs plan every week

  • Achieve monthly Sales & Collection Targets
  • Maintain relations with client up to satisfaction level
  • Team coordinator is to get tasks done with various resources available including other employees and team members
- communicate clear instructions to team members
- collect, review and maintain call reports received from field executive

  • Develop a strategy
  • Generate revenue with the help of team members and make sure about achievement of targets.
  • Motivate self and team members in enthusiastic positive manner and support them to improve performance
  • Should make sure that necessary entries in MIS system are done on daily basis by TC
  • Create report to upgrade the company on team's progress.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as and when required
  • Distribute reports to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide Guidance to your team members to maintain Information Security Management System
  • To understand and take ownership of ISMS apart from the routine responsibility

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
