Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Create an exceptional showroom experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
Greet customers as they enter the showroom, answer their questions, and provide product information and recommendations.
Assist customers with product selection and provide quotes and product specifications as needed.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure conversion on showroom visit.
Follow up with customers after their visits to the showroom to answer any additional questions and ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of showroom inventory and sales data.
Assist with marketing initiatives, such as showroom events and promotions.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the showroom team as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of doors and windows products and installation processes a plus.
