Role & Responsibilities:


Customer Service -
1) Replying to queries from prospective/existing clients.
2) Preparation of Account Opening Kits for new clients.
3) Co-ordination with Clients/Bank/Custody Team/Distributors for Account Opening
Process.
4) Handling stock transfer / redemption requests of client portfolios.
5) Handling account modification requests from clients.
6) Preparation of MIS related to Clients and Distributors.

7) Sending Monthly and Quarterly Portfolio Reports to clients.
8) Sending Annual Audited Financials for client portfolios.
9) Updating the marketing materials and client details on SiMPL's website.


Accounts -
1) Daily Stock Reconciliation.
2) Reviewing Custody Bill and performing client wise allocation.
3) Reviewing calculations for PMS Fees and Commission to Distributor.
4) Reviewing Expenses Recoverable from clients for Account Opening & Closure.
5) Reviewing of Expenses Recoverable from Distributor's for expiry of unutilised
account opening kits.
6) Co-ordinating with Money ware / Wealth Spectrum Team for queries/training.
