Our goal is to build a $100 million brand in two years and grow to 100 employees with three experience centers in Bengaluru, with further plans to expand to multiple cities.


Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Sales Specialist at YoHo Designs.

The Design Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales, creating and implementing training programs for the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and sales management.

The Design Sales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing expert advice to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have experience in sales, preferably in design or interior design industry
  • Ability to create and implement effective training programs for the sales team
  • Strong sales management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of interior design is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary:
₹10, ₹41,403.21 per month
