We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.


Responsibility:


  • Understand product specifications and user psychology.
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis.
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows and product prototypes.
  • Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, userfriendly software.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
  • Responsible for understanding a client's vision and intent; conducting stakeholder conversations and workshops.
  • Develops understanding of users and customers through primary and secondary research, able to come up with a research plan and lead a team through the process of research and synthesis.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team that includes both clients and internal colleagues and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.
  • The faculty to help us stay ahead by constantly improving our design processes.

Key skills:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX and UI designing.
  • Tools
  • Photoshop, Figma, UX Pin, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch are a must. The rest will be a good to have.
  • Good communication, timemanagement and process management skills.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and management.

Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year

  • Jaipur , Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
