Role purpose:
This is a business commercial role that entails working on larger and more unique cases of pricing approvals as well as develop and design a standard portfolio of commercials for enterprise products, wherever applicable.
- Execute enterprise commercial strategy by building market portfolios and propositions and pricing/ frameworks for Fixed line Data, Business Communications, Cloud & Security products
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (Practise, Finance, Sales, to gain market intelligence for the purpose of benchmarking our product portfolio and propositions across clusters and sales segments
- Generate new ideas and formulate commercial propositions/ digitalization, across above product lines
- Handle large and complex Pricing opportunities with an aim to achieve targeted win ratios and price/ margins.
- Create and update competition trends on pricing/ offers as well as maintain historical trends of ViBS pricing to enable the Pricing Managers achieve rightpricing as well as chart desired wins
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiencies of business commercial team and work towards automation for marked to market performance on business commercial TATs
- Identify areas of improvement/ training needs of sales teams for FTR inputs on pricing asks & business cases
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Understanding of Enterprise buying behaviours and process
- Business Planning and Financial modelling skills
- Structured approach to decision making and ability to take calculated risks for Portfolio & proposition launch
- Strong systems and process orientation is a must
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- B2B commercial/ sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge on financial discipline preferred
- MBA in Marketing/ Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
