Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chit Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Trichy.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our chit-fund products and services, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets in the Trichy area.
Analyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.

Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell our chit fund products to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales techniques.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calls, referrals, networking, and online marketing.
Qualify leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into clients.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on chit fund products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in chit fund or financial services sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Knowledge of the Trichy market and customer base is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and investment products.
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits (if required).
