About the role:

Seeking an experienced UI Designer for an exciting role at a fintech startup.

This is an opportunity to join as an early stage member of our global product and technology team and grow rapidly in a fast paced environment.

You will:

Design and develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our platforms and technology.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, engineering, and BD to understand client needs and create designs that meet those needs.
Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, design mockups and highfidelity designs as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.

Requirements:

2+ years of prior experience in ui/ux design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of usercentred design principles.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a designrelated field.
Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Xd.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams across countries.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
