Description

Maximize the company's commercial success within a given geographical territory by specializing in Biology based products that emphasize PKI's Informatics capabilities.

Work with regional marketing team in territory to promote world-class products and by packaging, positioning and promoting those products through our Field Sales organization to increase our market share.

Duties:

Execute custom/highly configured software demonstrations in support of presales activity utilizing our portfolio in data acquisition and data analytics.
Collaborate with all Field Team members to develop and deploy worldclass systems and tools and provide frontline support to sales as the product specialist in the responsible region
Execute presales pilots, workshops, and evaluations for product area
Supplemental support of canned demonstrations as required in the territory
Provide RFI/RFP support for product area
Deliver product training to field (marketing & sales) as new features/functionality is available for designated product and domain specialty
Coordinate with Marketing Communications organization to develop and participate in marketing campaign design and execution as needed

Job Requirements:

D. or M.S. in Biology/ Biotech

Experience with PerkinElmer Informatics suite of products and solutions is highly desirable
Experience in using ELN and/or Data Analytics solutions, or in a pharmaceutical company implementing informatics solutions is preferred
Experience with the Biotech industry/ Research is mandatory.
Some travel required
