We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic operations coordinator to join our esteemed organization.

Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency in purchase activities.
Monitoring and analyzing operational performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate strategies.
Effectively managing and coordinating with various departments,vendors and customers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing costs.
Supervising and mentoring a team of operational staff, providing necessary guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
Ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
