We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Supervisor to join our team. As a Real Estate Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate agents and guiding them in achieving their goals while upholding company standards and values

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position is preferred
  • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and industry practices
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of real estate agents, providing support, feedback, and guidance to help them excel in their roles.
  • Monitoring agents' performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales results.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
