Onboarding Executive - Mumbai, India - Quantsapp Private Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Ensure completion of new hire formalities, such as background verification and enrollment in medical insurance etc.
Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed
Have a pulse of the employee base and relay that pulse back to Leadership for continuous improvement of our People processes
Assist the People Operations team with tasks such as recruitment, policies and benefits administration, rewards and recognition programs, and moreccuracy and attention to detail.
Required
Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory laws.
High level of discretion ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary:
₹10, ₹21,855.55 per month
Schedule:
