Aimlay Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in inside sales to join our dynamic team.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students.
Utilize your indepth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.
Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students.
Conduct oneonone counseling sessions both inperson and through virtual channels.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
