Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned

  • Explain the features of the Relex Medication Therapy Management Program to prospective or existing customers/patients
  • Effect medication replenishment, dosage tracking and obtain patient feedback.
  • Monitor outcomes and follow up on reminders to patient against counselling notes from Clinical Pharmacist and required lab tests
  • First level patient counselling and guidance on correct use of medication for achieving desired/targeted outcomes
  • Communicate customer feedback and customer experience on products/services and/or modifications to existing products/services to Operations, Marketing and Quality teams.
  • Must be able to work both with external and internal customers.
  • Comfortable in new environments and adverse conditions. Must be able to work and interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Provide information and explanation of diagnoses, options, outcome and risk and escalate where required
  • Data updation in all tracking platforms on a daily basis

Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
