Conceptualization and Design Development:

Develop creative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
Produce detailed sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings to illustrate design ideas.

Space Planning:

Material and Color Selection:

Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative elements into projects.

Project Management:

Develop project timelines and budgets in collaboration with the client.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including changes and approvals.

Client Presentations:

Quality Assurance:

Conduct onsite inspections to ensure the implementation of designs meets quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
A passion for staying updated on design trends and innovations.
