Responsibilities for System Administrator:

Good knowledge of Desktop & Laptop Implementation, migration and troubleshooting.

Server planning and implementation.
Network configuration and management.
Firewall configuration, security configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting.
Knowledge in cloud is preferred.
Exposure to use Linux desktops preferred.
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Attitude of learning new process as per requirement.
Showcasing their skills to take the institution/organisation to next level.
CCTV, Server management/Maintenance.

Qualifications for System Administrator:

-
B.Sc. CS, B.Sc. IT, BE/B.Tech

CS, IT or related field of interest.
System administration and
IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields will be added advantage.
Working knowledge of
virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of
systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
Experience with scripting/documenting and automation tools.
A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans will be added advantage.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols will be added advantage.
Any basic knowledge with respect to
electrical, plumbing or any other will be added advantage
