We are looking for a passionate corporate female for corporate negotiation to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities will be to contact corporations on behalf of the company and help the sales team to finalize the contract and look after the after sales serviceSales Executive Responsibilities:
Developing sales strategies.
Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition Work closely with the Sales & Revenue
Department as the point of contact for all F&B related bookings and enquiries, in close coordination with the Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions
Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections etc.
Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues in order to avoid internal or external complaints
Sells product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Generate sales
you will support the overall F&B operation to maximize business results.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Sales Executive Requirements:
High school diploma/MBA in sales and marketing.
1+ years of sales experience.
Freshers also welcome.
Must have experience in FMCG (Food industry or hotel management).
Willing to travel as per requirement in Pune area.
Familiar with Pune and nearby areas.
Must be good at pitching.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Must have Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent Convincing, Negotiation, phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
