Description

1) Must be able to handle real estate customers' inbound and outbound calls.

2) the individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.

3) Building and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.

4) Must explain to the customers the proper details of the property.

5) Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

6) Able to Make New Channel Partners for Channel Sales.

7) Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

8) Should have handled super luxury apartments.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1) At least 6 Months of experience is required.

2) Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi

3) Excellent fluency in English is required.

4) Quality of Persuasiveness to convince the customer.
