Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flutter & MER(A)N Stack Mentor to join our team.

This role is designed for a passionate developer who has a solid foundation in Flutter development and is proficient in MongoDB, , React (or Angular), and Your mission will be to provide expert guidance, mentorship, and real-world knowledge to our students, helping them to become proficient developers ready to tackle the challenges of the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized mentorship to students, including code reviews, feedback, and career advice, to facilitate their growth as developers.
Collaborate with curriculum designers to refine course content, ensuring it meets industry standards and the learning goals of our students.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Flutter and the MER(A)N stack to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and cuttingedge.
Participate in community events, workshops, and webinars to promote our programs and engage with the tech community.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Flutter and the MER(A)N stack.
Passionate about mentoring and coaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and inspiring students.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, given sufficient professional experience.
