4+ years of experience within the financial services industry (Banking, NBFC, Insurance) - Relational databases knowledge (PL-SQL, Oracle database) - Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening - End-to-end technology implementation project related to Finance data '- Understanding of technology stack that supports banking operations - Experience in writing BRDs/FRDs, conducting UAT - Exposure to SDLC / Agile Good to have / Secondary Skills / Desired - End to End understanding of at least one of the regulations/compliance requirements like ADF, RBS, GST,LCR, IRAC, CIMS - Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT - Preparing project documentation such as Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, Project Closure Document - Project Management Experience - Strong team building, partnership and collaboration skill
