Principal Associate / Associate Partner


Location:
Bengaluru


Team:
General Corporate Advisory & Transaction


PQE:
8-12 years


Technical Skills:

  • Significant advisory and transactional experience
  • Drafting,reviewing and vetting of corporate agreements and transactional documents
  • Adept at providing endtoend legal support
  • Carrying out private party negotiations on behalf of the clients
  • Well versed with hte corporate compliances of private, public companies & other entities

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to independently handle matters endtoend.
  • Leadership and team building attributes.
  • Detailoriented approach.
  • Strong analytical & research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
₹100, ₹225,000.00 per month
