As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role**:

The Client Integration Supervisor is responsible for the technical migration of clients from the legacy Æxeo platform to Æxeo S.

The Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery within a project management framework, integrating existing clients into the Æxeo S environment.

The role involves dealing with the senior management within Æxeo S project, clients and external vendors. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The role will also include a requirement to cover multiple time zones.

Responsible for System Set up and Coordination with Third Parties
Control Client User setup / Permissions
Responsible for Client Reporting Data Capture and Coordination with Third Parties
Inbound File Testing

Administrative Reporting

Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines
MIS Reporting

About You:

6+ years in the financial services industry
Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products
Attention to detail
A 'team player' who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
Excellent communication and writing skills
Project Management Experience
Business Analysis Experience
