Salary
:21K in hand || 24K CTC

Shifts
:
DAY SHIFT (upto 8PM), any 9 hours

Working days
:6 days working

Customer interaction:


  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.

2.


Problem resolution:


  • Investigating and resolving customer problems and concerns promptly.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Documenting customer interactions and solutions for future reference.

3.


Product knowledge:


  • Staying informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
  • Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

4.


Communication:


  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to share customer feedback and insights.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

5.


Customer feedback:


  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the management team to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • One-way Travel (Only Train/Bus options available)
  • One week accommodation
  • Relocation Bonus (2 Months' Basic Pay after 90 days from DOJ)
  • Retention Bonus (Eligible only if he/she has 24 days of attendance in a month)
