SFL Marketing Officer Job Description:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented loan officer to join our growing institution.
In this position, you will act as a liaison between applicants and Sakthi Finance Ltd., helping qualified applicants obtain loans and set up payment plans.
Your duties will include meeting with applicants, preparing loan proposals, examining active loans, collect debts and outstanding balances.The responsibilities include developing payment plans, locating debtors in order to begin the recovery process, negotiating debt payments and negotiating payment settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
- Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
- Monitor and update account records.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loanrelated issues.
- Ensure that process flows defined through sales force are complied with
- Develop debt collection strategies and plans
- Contacting debtors to enact and negotiate debt recovery
- Searching publicly available databases to track down defaulters, including CIBIL, background checks, and loan documents.
- Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.
- Negotiating settlements to receive payment on a certain percentage of the debt.
- Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.
- Sending statements of delinquencies and satisfied debts to the CIBIL, as well as purging records where debts have been satisfied
- Ensure recovery of outstanding by regular follow ups, negotiating payment plans and enacting payment plans that eliminate debt
- Liaise with legal department and initiate actions and repossession if debt recovery fails
- Operate in compliance with processes defined by SFL.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in finance/automobile or a similar field.
- Solid understanding of local, state, and national loan regulations.
- Indepth knowledge of computers and software such as salesforce used at SFL.
- Customer serviceoriented with exceptional sales skills
- Aptitude to develop and enact debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with debtors to negotiate debt payment plans.
- Ability to collaborate on debt collection efforts with other departments and institutions.
- Experience in tracking down defaulters by searching publicly available databases and records.
- Ability to understand the defined process and rigour to comply with processes
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and record keeping skills.
Salary:
₹15, ₹24,000.00 per month
